Yantacaw Capital was founded in 2026 to provide distribution financing to venture capital funds and their LPs.

The firm was built by venture investors and fund lawyers. We underwrite each portfolio on three things: how mature it is, how concentrated it is in its largest positions, and how far its marks can be relied on, judged by their age, the terms behind them and any public comparables.

We work at two levels. At the fund level, the GP signs once and every LP receives cash pro rata. At the LP level, a single LP receives cash against its interests in one or more funds without selling them.

Conversations and portfolio information stay confidential, and we will sign an NDA before reviewing anything.

Distribution financing is not the right answer for every fund. When a secondary sale, tender offer, continuation vehicle or NAV loan fits better, we say so.
